Shoipping Our Stash #263 - Silhouettes

Hello, Crafty Peeps,

This is a quick card I put together for the challenge this week at Shopping Our Stash.  Our theme is "Silhouettes."   My hands are giving me a few little problems, so I couldn't craft anything too involved!
For some odd reason, the word Silhouette conjured up images of little black, white, and grey squares.  So, I grabbed some white card stock and used my TCW mini cubist stencil to create a pattern.  This was much more fun than searching through stacks and stacks of paper and 6x6 pads!

Materials Used:
Neenah White Linen Card Stock
Hot Off The Press Stamp Set - Feathers
Recollections Stamp Set - Fairies
Memento Dye Ink - Black
Ranger Distress Inks:  Black Soot and Hickory Smoke

Thanks for stopping by!  I hope you will accept the challenge this week and show us your work!  Click HERE to go to Shopping Our Stash!

  6. Hello Chana: I love Fairies so your card is right up my alley. Beautifully done background, the way you stenciled it makes it look like a silhouette itself.
Love the Fairy with her sparkly, yellow dress and the sentiment is one to live by.
    Hope your hands feel better.
    Hugs,
    Maria.
