It is one of my favourite ways to craft :)SPhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06006549984317610304noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1310073704276593034.post-65006273049635283022016-01-18T12:08:13.340-05:002016-01-18T12:08:13.340-05:00Chana, you are so clever. And I LOVE that you made something beautiful while reducing waste going into a landfill site. Until I started working for ESF, my husband had me looking like Mrs. Darth Vader every time I was in my studio. Most of the products I use now are VOC free. We rarely use "artificial" anything. Those precautions, combined with the fact that we are Orthodox Jews and maintain a Kosher home has gone a long way in helping me stay safe. Yeah, I don't get the mineral spirit thing either. Thanks for the nice comment. I have fabulous bottle from my probiotic brand. It is amber glass and my D-I-L and I are trying to figure out how we can re-purpose them. I think I am going to try candle holders. Be well!<br />HUGZ!Chana Malkahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15499603009265623653noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1310073704276593034.post-9090481659784764862016-01-18T06:24:39.145-05:002016-01-18T06:24:39.145-05:00Gorgeous upcycle! I'm not familiar with this brand, but I'm glad to see someone making environmentally safe crafting products. There are so many products out there that are downright dangerous I just won't use them. I have to wonder if crafters even read the labels? Like mineral spirits, I see this recommended all the time for pencil coloring and it's so bad to breathe in! I gringe whenever I see it suggested.Paperessehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14662870079396330252noreply@blogger.com
