IMAGE BY THE STAMPING BOUTIQUE |
I really didn't know what I was going to do with this image, but then I started thinking about growing up and the sentiment "love with strings attached" just popped into my head. in the Fifties and even early sixties when all mothers wore aprons, toddlers would either grab the hem of their mother's skirt or pull on her apron strings. I guess since most mothers wear pants and the apron is a thing of the past, toddlers today have to do the leg wrap on their mothers. In the fifties, leg wraps were reserved for fathers.
Hope you like it!
