COLUMN 1: IMAGE, SENTIMENT
COLUMN 2: DIE, EMBOSSING (WET)
COLUMN 3: STICKLES, EMBOSSING POWDER, SHIMMER
COLUMN 4: SEQUINS
COLUMN 5: TWINE, STITCHING (FAUX)
I used the circle cut from my front panel to embellish the inside.
I used stickles on the balloons and I used Wink of Stella™ to add shimmer to the entire panel.
