COLUMN 1: IMAGE, SENTIMENT

COLUMN 2: DIE, EMBOSSING (WET)

COLUMN 3: STICKLES, EMBOSSING POWDER, SHIMMER

COLUMN 4: SEQUINS

COLUMN 5: TWINE, STITCHING (FAUX)

I used the circle cut from my front panel to embellish the inside.

I used stickles on the balloons and I used Wink of Stella™ to add shimmer to the entire panel.

Challenge #226 - 613 Avenue Create - ATG w/ Twist Spotlight Technique

Hello, Crafty Folks!

This month at 613 Avenue Create, our twist highlights one of my favorite techniques, Spotlighting.  Actually, although I love this technique, I am not that good at it but the practice of a skill surely does make perfect... eventually.  Anymahoo, I grabbed my favorite Iris stamp set and combined that with one of my favorite circle cutting dies and this is the result.  Hope you like it!  

I initially wanted to layer, my image but the die circle I chose made that rather challenging.  In the end, I think this orientation is better.  I also think I should have made the stems darker I will do that on the next one!

 In between pictures, I attempted to add a little more Wink of Stella™ and ended up getting an ugly blob on my panel.  I got most of it off but still...

The Circle Flower Layered die set is one of my favorites.

The set consists of five intricate dies that give a unique cut.
