613 Avenue Create - Challenge #55 - Anything Goes w/Optional Twist

Hello, Crafty Peeps!
I decided to split my 613 Avenue Create projects into two posts.
My Second project using an image from Nicecrane Designs is actually a repost.  I showed the project to Ignacio (owner of Nicecrane) and he loved it, so I am using it here!

    I am always amazed that you are so productive... and turn out such beautiful designs time after time. Not easy ones either - but ones with a lot of time and effort in them. This note pad and pen set is a perfect example! some time you will have to share with me how you keep track of everything you are doing!
