2020 Stash Party - Shopping Our Stash - CAS - Keep It Simple

Hello, Crafty Peeps!
This fortnight the Shopping Our Stash theme is
CAS Keep It Simple
I am fairly certain that for the purist, this card has one too many layers to qualify as CAS but it is as close as I can get!
A few weeks ago while I was fooling around with using baby wipes to make plaid backgrounds, I decided to experiment with other patterns.  Some were more successful than others but I decided to hold on to them all just in case (you know how we crafters do that!) I thought this yellow and green panel would yield a fabulous fun flower and I was right.  I cut some funky leaves as well (and managed to lose one of my dies in the process) but opted not to put one on the inside because I want to use them both to create cards.

  1. I love the fresh yellow and green and the rose die, I think CAS, love the background and layers. Thanks for your lovely visits :)

  2. This card is very elegant, the sentiment and the flower are awesome. And the texture on the background is wonderful. María, xx

  3. CAS cards are hard, but you've managed brilliantly and created a gorgeous one!

  4. Story of my life, especially when I have the fan on, who knows where those diecuts end up. Beautiful flower and leaves, great background and a perfectly KISS card.

    1. Thanks, Barbara! I found the die stuck to magnet on the back of my scoreboard! :D)

  5. Ohhhhhhh this is beautiful Chana!
Love the flower and coordinating sentiment....fab background creations!

  6. Beautiful & elegant x
