Shopping Our Stash Challenge #422 - Hot Drinks for Cold Nights

 Hello, Crafty Peeps!

This post is a week late, but I am forcing myself to get caught up on everything!  So this will be good at Shopping Our Stash until next Tuesday.  Now that the election is over (almost,) my time is once again my own.

I have a ton of 6x6 DSPs and it is highly unlikely that I will use them all in my lifetime, even if I crafted every single day.  I am planning to purge my studio in the next couple of weeks and deciding what to do with all the paper pads is a real challenge.  But one thing I can do is to begin using DSP on my projects.

It was my intention to add faux stitching around the edges of my DSP but I forgot, and by the time I remembered, it was too late.  Still, I am pleased with the results.   I really like this paper, too.  There were two sheets in the pad, so I am looking for other ways to use it, particularly on some of the Christmas sets I have been commissioned to create!
I rarely cut my stamps, but with this particular sentiment, I decided to split it so that I can easily stamp it in combination with the other sentiments included in the set.

You still have time to enter the challenge!  My teammates have created really fun and beautiful projects to inspire you.  Drop by and take a look-see!
Hugz,
Chana Malkah

  4. Love the card Chana. Completely relate to all the paper but I'm not yet ready to purge. Am looking for caring scrapbookers to give it the same love I have. Probably behavior that a therapist would call procrastinating hahaha. XOX
