Hello, Crafty Peeps,
Today I have a very simple Valentine's Day card to share with you. Continuing my theme from last Saturday's Inky Impressions post, working with Sentiments. The sentiment I am using this week works perfectly as the focal for a card without images
Originally, I planned to use a masking technique to add glittered hearts to my card base.
My supply order was delayed due to the nasty weather, so I had to find another solution. This lovely heart paper came in a 400 piece Authentique Paper Kit as a gift for purchasing other Authentique products. The solid red layer is Neenah "Red Pepper" #80 Linen Cover.
I love the font used on this Inky Impressions Sentiment.
The image is 3"H x 2"W and centered on the page before printing.
The sentiment is printed on a piece of 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" Neenah Solar White #80 Linen Cover and die cut using Spellbinders' Marvelous Squares. The addition of this small heart (Spellbinders' Classic Heart) adorned with a snippet from one of my pearl flourishes, completes the focal grouping.

I left the inside very plain, opting to use only one glittered heart. This leaves lots of room for someone to write a long loving message to their special Valentine.
I don't celebrate Valentine's Day, but as Always, I hope you have found some inspiration here.
Hugz,
Chana Malkah
