IT'S A JUNGLE OUT THERE!

A REMINDER!  Please check out my new challenge blog
Nicely Done Designs

A new bi-weekly design challenge with a twist!

OUTLAWZ GREETINGS CHALLENGE - 12/10/2012

Good Morning!  If its Monday, then it must be Outlawz!  Our challenge this week is to create a project using an Animal Print or a project in which an animal is the focal point of your design.

Since I am still making treat bags (due at the school on Friday) I thought this cute little Safari Themed paper would make a perfect gift for one of the students.  I have to to go the Dollar Tree today and see if there are any "stuffers" left.  I hate doing candy for the kids.

Thanks for stopping by!  I hope to see your work in the Greetings Challenge!
I would also love to see your work at Nicely Done Designs.
Hugz,
Chana

This project is being entered into the following challenges:

Bearly Mine - Anything Goes
Everybody's Art - Challenge - Anything Goes
Creative Craft Challenge - Humorous
Party Time Tuesday - Kid's Christmas
Tuesday Alchemy - Anything Goes
Nana Vic's First Challenge

Rockin' In A Winter Wonderland! - Crafter's Cafe

 Hi, Cardies,

Just wanted to share this cute little Mini Bag with A Tag created for our challenge at The  The Crafter's Cafe Challenge Blog.  The Challenge was to Create a TAG, you know me! :D)
I wanted to try the Aluminum Foil forged metal technique and I decided a tag would be the perfect vehicle.
The Swiss Dot embossing folder made wonderful impression on both sides and it looks as though the tag was hammered from forged metal.  Hubby did not want to wait while I detached the tag from the handle (it is held on by a brad) so I didn't get a picture of the back  May later...it has a fun look.
The Mini Bag is made from one sheet of 8 1/2" x 11" Kraft Card Stock creatively folded.  No cutting, how fun is that?  I added the key ring for a little visual interest.

Isn't the 'Rocking In A Winter Wonderland' Snowman just adorable?
This is was supposed to be a side view   It is bad when your photographer has someplace else  he needs to go and you are behind on your projects! :D)

Our Challenge this week is sponsored by Robert Jackson of Fine Arts By Robert Jackson.  My Teammates have made some fabulous tags using his images hop over and check them out HERE
